Abstract
Objective:To study the operative techniques and effects of the microvascular decompression for the treatment of the primary trigeminal neuralgia.Methods:Thirty-six cases of the primary trigeminal neuralgia were treated with microvascular decompression.Results:All of the cases were cured with lower operative damage and satisfactory.Conclusion:The microvascular decompression was a better treatment for the primary trigeminal neuralgia.
