Abstract
At present,the management course teaching in higher vocational colleges cannot adapt to the need of higher vocational teaching no matter in teaching content,classroom teaching mode,practice teaching methods or the teaching materials.From the subject feature of the course Management and the needs of higher vocational teaching,this paper analyzes the current situation of the teaching of the course and puts forward some reform ideas.It uses the specific college in this paper as an example to expound the subject.
