Effect of DANHONG Injection on Inflammatory Factor in Patients with Unstable Angina Pectoris

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of DANHONG injection on the unstable angina pectoris(UAP) and inflammatory factor.Methods Seventy patients with UAP were randomly divided into treatment group(n=35) and control group(n=35),both groups were treated with the conventional treatment of aspirin,clopidogrel,nitrate esters,low molecular weight heparin,β-blockers,calcium channel antagonist and statins etc.The treatment group was given DANHONG injection once a day for two weeks based on the conventional treatment.After two weeks,the improvement of symptom and the changes of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein were observed.Results The total effective rate of the two groups was 91.43% and 65.71%,respectively.The treatment group was better than the control group obviously(P0.01).The serum levels of hs-CRP were reduced after treatment,especially in treatment group(P0.01).There was no obvious adverse reaction in the treatment group.Conclusion DANHONG injection can improve the clinical symptom of patients with UAP,inhibit the inflammatory response and prevent rupture of plaque.It is a safe,effective medicine in the adjuvant therapy of UAP.
