Abstract
[Objective]The aim was to extract total tanshinone and determine three main contents of total tanshinone.[Method]Total tanshinone was extracted based on the methods of ultrasonic technique,moreover,three main tanshinone contents,namely,cryptotanshinone and tanshinone Ⅰas well as tanshinone ⅡA,were determined by using HPLC method.[Result]The composition of cryptotanshinone,tanshinone Ⅰ,tanshinone ⅡA were separated completely from total tanshinone extraction and the contents were 90.3,61.7 and 109.8 mg/g,respectively.[Conclusion]HPLC method was simple,fast,stable and reliable,which provided certain reference value for the quality control of total tanshinone extraction.
