Relationship Analysis Between Levels of Serum C-reactive Protein,Serum Uric Acid,Plasma Fibrinogen and Severity of Coronary Artery Disease in Patients Underwent Coronary Angiography

Objective:To explore the relationship Between Level of Serum C-reactive protein,Serum Uric Acid,Plasma Fibrinogen and the severity of coronary artery.Method: Patients undergoning coronary angiography were divided into two groups: Coronary heart disease group(CHD)(n=283)and Control group(n=120),the CHD group including 186 Male patients and 97 Female patients,Which was divided into three subgroups: single vessels disease group,double vessels disease group and multi-vessels disease group.The level of CRP、UA and FIB were measured,then analyze the relationship between Level of CRP、UA 、FIB and severity of coronary artery.Results: The level of CRP、SUA and FIB in CHD group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P0.05),subgroup analysis confirmed that:The patients of CHD with higher level of CRP、UA and FIB,the more serious of coronary artery they have,moreover,the level of CRP、UA and FIB were positively correlated with the lesion severity of CHD.Conclusion: The higher level of CRP、UA and FIB maybe were independent risk factors for CHD.
