Abstract
Cucumber ( Cucumis satiuvs L.) seedlings of two lines with different resistance to high temperature were planted in this experiment. The line of Q10 was sensitive to the stress, and the line of T97 was resistance to the stress. The MDA contents increased in the high temperature treatment, and it was lower of MDA in line T97 than that in line Q10.The activities of superoxide dismatase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) decreased after the treatment. And the activity of peroxidase (POD) was higher after the stress.Longer the treatment time, lower SOD and CAT activities and the higher POD activity.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
