Abstract
Effects of NaCl stress on the membrance lipid peroxidation in cucumber seedlings were studied.The results showed that the degree of membrance lipid peroxidation of cell was hasten under NaCl stress,and content of MDA was dramatically increased; POD activities raised and SOD activities declined. The contents of MDA and POD,SOD activities were taken as the physiology index of cucumber resistance to salt stress.
