Abstract
【Objective】To explore the value of two-dimensional ultrasound combined with three-dimensional ultrasound to screen fetal extremities deformity.【Methods】 Two-dimensional systematic continuous sequence approach(SCSA) was used to screen fetal bodies and make a three-dimensional reconstruction in fetal extremities deformity which was founded before with corresponding three-dimensional ultrasound according to different part of bodies.【Result】There were 78 cases of fetal extremities deformity among 39 fetuses.Compared to the general specimens,the coincidence rate of distal segment physical deformities with two-dimensional ultrasound was 75.56%,which was lower than three-dimensional ultrasound with 93.33%.These differences were statistically significant.【Conclusion】The two-dimensional systematic continuous sequence approach combined with three-dimensional ultrasound was an effective method in diagnosing fetal extremities deformity.
