Abstract

Objective To survey on state of improving community health service(CHS) personnel in four urban district,Guangdong province.Methods The field investigation and in-depth interview were applied.Results Totally the construction of personnel for CHS was good in four urban district of Guangdong Province.However,there were some aspects which should be improved,such as management of medical personnel taking professional training in hospital,foundational knowledge training to nurses and medical preventive workers,and number of general practitioners per ten thousand citizen.Conclusion In community health service,the construction of personnel should be enhanced in order to make CHS developed healthily in the future.
