Study on Fulfilling the Main Function of Community Health Service in Guangdong Province-An Evaluation on Establishing Demonstration District of National Community Health Service in Guangdong Province (IV)

Objective To survey the situation about fulfilling the main function of community health service(CHS) in four districts of Guangdong province.Methods The field investigation and in-depth interview were applied.Results Generally the organization network in CHS in four districts of Guangdong Province was satisfying.Meanwhile,some respects such as fulfilling duty and accomplishing major index of prevention and health care,providing technical service for family plan and rehabilitation,and helping social vulnerable group need to be further improved.Conclusion The community health service function should be put forwards so that CHS will be developed healthily.
