Abstract
It has been found that formaldehyde can catalyze the dicoloration of neutral red by potassium bromate in sulfuric medium. It has researched the kinetic parameter.A new method for the determination of trace formaldehyde is established by catalytic kinetic spectrophotometry. Its linear ranges are 0-1.0 μg/25 mL,the detection limit of the method is 4.08×10-9 g/mL.It is applied to formaldehyde determination of food, the result is satisfied.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
