Abstract

This paper thinks it is innovative thoughts that bring about continued development of library in the 21st century. Besides upholding principles of reader the first, the first, it is even more important to adhere to market the first, management the first. The motive powers of development of library consist of creative idea, scientific management, advanced model of scientific research, high-quality service and manpower. Considering the existing situation and prospect, this article puts forward some proposals and measures.
