Analysis of the comcept that "The Old Give Places to the New" of Management Concept in Library

Abstract

Innovation is a distinct characteristic of the times.The essence of the management in modern library is innovation,which has unsubstitutable significance.Some issues that should be taken with care are discussed in this paper.The paper puts forward a new idea about how to drop old model of management to build a new concept of compound library.
