Abstract
Objective: To research the change of apoplexy hemiplegia patients' acupoint internal resistance by different detective methods or during retaining needling. Methods: Applying general acupuncture needling and insulated acupuncture needling as probe,Agilent 34401A6 1 /2 Digit Multimeter as the recording instrument detected acupoint interanl resistance and we compared the difference of resistance between acu- point and non- acupoint. Result: 1In the general needle test:resistance after retaining needling hoisted significantly compared with before retaining needling( in acupoint or non- acupoint)( P 0. 01) and it did not change significantly in acupoint compared non- acupoint. 2 In the insulated needle test: resistance after retaining needling declined significantly compared with before retaining needling( in acupoint or non- acupoint)( P 0. 01). The other result was the same to the general needling test. 3The resistance was higher significantly insulated needling compared to that in general needling test. Conclusion: The value of acupoint internal resistance is related to detective method and mode.
