Application Research of the Electroga Strogram(EGG) on the Acupuncture & Moxibustion Teaching Work

This research work aim is in order to establish index of EGG for observation treatment effect of acupuncture and cooperate to expound the principle of TCM,heighten the standards of teaching,clicinal and study work.Results:1.After needling zusanli acupoint,when the needling reaction appeared (DE QI),and the QI arrived to stomach,the amplitude of EGG were show biphase effects.Compare preacupuncture and needling and needle stayed in acupoint,P0.05.the changes was very significanc.2.Comparison between the effect on EGG by manipulation of “even method” and specific manipulation of “shaoshanhuo” method the results were show,when the patients sensation the temperature of body rise,the amplitude of EGG were either exciatory or inhibitory,this two changes of temperature and amplitude of EGG is synchronism.3.Needling effect of zusanli acupoint (stomach meridan) were better than that needling of yin lin quan acupoint (spleen meridan),needling zusanli acupoint was P0.05,and needling yin ling quan acupoint was P05.4.The curing effect was better than that of prevention and the moxibustion theraphy was better than that of acupuncture theraphy.5.The effect of zusznli acupoint injection on EGG was obvious (P0.05),the intensity of regulating effect was relates to the kinds of drug,acupoint injection dose of drug is obviously smaller than that of the routine dose.the regulation mechanism of acupoint injection was relationship to nerve and meridan.6.Experimental data show the acupuncture treatment may relaxation symptom of acute gastraliga and heighten the pain threshold,but relation between the effects of acupuncture treatment and needling acupoints sequence was no relationship.Conclusion:Above experimental results were showed the EGG can take for observation index on treatment of acupuncture and cooperate to expound the principle of TCM,heighten the stadards of teaching,clinical and research work.
