Abstract

A case of subcutaneous panniculitis-like T-cell lymphoma is reported. A 26-year-old male,with no protective measure,had a history of contacting with radio-active metal cobalt(Co). He presented with dark-red tumors and plaques on his trunk for 1.5 months,and accompanied by anaemia. Histopathologic examination showed the infiltration was primarily confined to the subcutaneous tissue,and the tumour cells infiltrated between adipocytes. Immunohistochemical examination showed the tumour cells were positive for LCA,CD45Ro,CD3,CD2,CD8,TIA-1,but negative for CD20.
