Essay on the Direction of Reconstruction of the Collective Ownership of Land

The issue of collective ownership of land is not only a question of being classified scientifically and theoretically,but also a question of being reconstructed according to the changing land utilizing methods and the reform of the rural society and economy.And the direction should be: strengthening the independence of the collective economic organization,perfecting the system of ownership of property emphasizing particularly on the right of utilizing,enriching the form of ownership of property on the value of the property and separating the farmer's land right and their residential status.
