The Present Situation and Countermeasures of Sports Human Resources in the Rural Sports Public Service System

Abstract

This paper through the research on the current situation of rural sports human resources in Henan Province,the paper found that the serious shortage of social sports instructors caused it difficult to meet the needs of rural sports public service.Therefore,it put forward the corresponding countermeasures and provided some references for the local government to develop rural sports and construct new rural sports public service system in China.
