Abstract
From information of papers, the author sums up the research progress of Mitochondria and the vertebrate apoptosis, and analyzes the relationship between Mitochondria and Apoptosis, fitting exercising can enhance activity of Mitochondria, and neonatal cell may instead of apoptosis, accordingly, promote the rising of body. Unsuitable training can havoc the structure and the function of Mitochondria, result in cytoclasis, cause a series of disease of exercising.
