Abstract

Apoptosis,which is the basically physiological mechanism,is important on renewing the normal cells and eliminating the abnormal cells for the multicellular organism.Mitochondria,which are important organelles in eukaryotic cell,plays a centering control part in apoptosis and is served as the centre of apoptotic regulation.Aerobics can lower the production of free radicals and free radicals may interfere apoptosis with signal pathway.Relations of Exercise,mitochondria and apoptosis in the recent years were discussed and they were closed linked.
