Strengthening of nursing quality disciplining by thinking of exchanging position in society

Abstract

Objective: In order to strengthen nursing quality disciplining, improve nursing quality. Methods: introducing other occupational servicing behaviors of treating clients as God into the nurses quality disciplining which influences nurse' consciousness of following good occupational behaviors. Result: Relationship between nurses and patients and nursing quality was improved. Conclusion: Nursing quality disciplining is the basis of high quality nursing care.
