Research Progress of Microspore Culture in Mustard (Brassica juncea) Breeding

The application of microspore culture in mustrard(brassica juncea)were summaried in this paper. The previous results indicated that the application of microspore culture in mustard was affected by the genotype of donor plant, the previous treatment of microspore, the microspore development stage, the microspore density, the culture medium and so on. The perfect and steady Microspore culture has not been constituted in Mustrard. The breeding process would be improved by constituting perfect Microspore culture in Mustrard.
