Approaches to the Development of the Vocational Education in Countryside under the Background of Building New Socialist Countryside

Numbers of new farmers with knowledge,skills and capacity of management are needed during the Building of the new socialist countryside.The cultivation of the ability of these new farmers to some degree depends on education,especially vocational education,which will go far in the building of the new socialist countryside.This paper sets forth the effects of the vocational education on improving the quality of the labor force,enhancing the flow of the surplus rural labors,and cultivation skillful work force,analyses the problems in the vocational education and,puts forward suggestions on how to develop the vocational education in the countryside.
