Abstract
Changing the farmers plays a key role in the success of the construction of new countryside.Vocational higher education has its special effects in promoting farmers′ overall quality,cultivating farmers of new style and improving productivity in the countryside.To accelerate the integrity of vocational higher education and the construction of new countryside in such aspects as introducing science and technology to the country,specialized training and materialization of scientific achievements are beneficial for the cause of the development of new countryside.
