The Variation of Blood Platelet in the Taiyang Disease(Wind Cold Superficies Syndrome)

Abstract

Objective Screening Taiyang disease model and analyzing the changes of peripheral blood cells made animal model of platelet before and after to discuss the sun disease( exterior wind- cold syndrome) changes of platelet. Methods 1152 were Kunming mice,of the mice serum samples in seven consecutive days at different times before and after the modeling and stored at low temperature to measure various immune parameters,then another 1ml of whole blood was to analyze the peripheral blood cells-platelets. Evaluated Platelet count( PLT),platelet count( PLT),mean platelet volume( MPV); platelet distribution width( PDW) and platelet hematocrit( PCT) were evaluated. Results Compare PLT,MPV,PDW,PCT on the same day at different points of the control group with the experimental groups,then the difference appeared statistically significant( P 0. 01; P 0. 05). Conclusion Through analyzing the change of platelet parameters,it's found that the platelet parameter levels generally increased in the crisis of djsease,suggested that platelets participate in the sun( exterior wind- cold syndrome) disease of the immune defense reaction.
