Abstract

Objective:To investigate the hypothyroidism associated with adverse pregnancy history and the relationship between the thyroid function duringpregnancy To decline screening significance.Methods:From 2010 October to 2011 August in our hospital outpatient women of childbearing age in all 243 cases,using a chemiluminescence(CIA) for thyroid function hormone series(TSH,FT4,TPOAb) determination.Results: Adverse pregnancy history of hypothyroidism proportion is obviously higher than that without adverse pregnancy history group;Subclinical hypothyroidism in the clinical occurrence rate is relatively high.Conclusion:Hypothyroidism is associated with adverse pregnancy history have significant correlation;attention to subclinical hypothyroidism;thyroid function screening during pregnancy is necessary.
