Abstract
Serum thyrotropin is the preferred diagnostic index for hypothyroidism during pregnancy.L-T4 is the first choice of treatment for hypothyroidism during pregnancy.Women who are positive for TPOAb and have subclinical hypothyroidism should be treated with L-T4.It is recommended that the isolated hypothyroxinemia should not be treated in pregnancy.
