Abstract
Based on the analysis of situation of laboratory management organization,this article,summarized the experience of management practice in our university and explored the orientation and function of laboratory administration organization.It is concluded that the precise orientation, definite responsibility,harmonious relations between the all parts,updating management conception,management knowledge and management mode in time can help to achieve the improvement of laboratory canstruction and management.
