Abstract

This article expounded how to carry on the management of a comprehensive laboratory of universities from five respects: management style,raising team quality,strict assessment,perfecting management regulation and innovating management mode.The practical results show that the measures greatly promote the laboratory's management,construction and development and improve the whole working level of the laboratory.
