Talking about the Constitutional Private Law and the Guarantee of Judicature for the Basic Rights of People

With the entrance of human rights and private property protection into constitution, the reality called for constitutional civilization and constitutional judicature. The life of law rested with its implementation. Hole and clearance shouldn't exist in the almsgiving of the basic rights of people. When legal regulations can't provide relief, legal principles should provide it. When ordinary laws can't provide relief, mother or original constitution should provide it. The concept of constitutional private law should be built up and constitutional judicature should be popularized so as to realize the guarantee of judicature for the basic rights of people.
