On Some of the Issues When Applying Our Constitution

Our constitution has been put into use for twenty years and generally it is carried out better. But it still has some problems, such as the imperfection of the constitutional legislation, without specialized supervisory organization. In China, it is unnecessary to set up the system of Constitutional judicature, and to solve the unsatisfactory application of the Constitution we should base ourselves upon reality, promote the constitutional government′s legislation to substitute for the court-making laws, strengthen the specialized supervision of the organizations. Meanwhile, we should cultivate the citizens′ constitutional beliefs, set up the authority and dignity of the Constitution, and promote the fully application of it.
