Seeking a metaphysical basis of value for Confucianism:a political thought merging Confucianism and Daoism in Yi Zhuan

Along with a conclusion for completed time and academic attributes of Yi Zhuan , this paper, from three layers of the Dao (Way) of Three Powers (Heaven, Earth, and Human) and evolution process of human society, Yi Zhuan and modulation of ideal personality, Yi Zhuan and realization of subject's value, makes a deep analysis on feature of Yi in combining Confucianism and Daoism. The paper points out that, taking Confucianism as its basic outlook of value, by absorbing certain thoughts from Daoism and Yin-yang School, Yi Zhuan integrated them into one. By this way, Confucianism was infused with new thought and thus cosmology and outlook of humanity of Confucianism were established in a higher level, through which metaphysical basis of value of Confucianism was attained to.
