Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of intravenous infusion of dexmedetomidine in laparoscopic cholecystectomy operation stress reaction in patients. Methods Laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly selected Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery of our hospital during 2010~2011 was performed in 68 cases, underwent operation under general anesthesia,68 patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group with 34 cases in each group, the intervention group with 34 patients before induction of anesthesia, intravenous infusion of dexmedetomidine on 0.5μg/kg,normal saline control group 34 cases according to the weight given capacity, two group were observed in patients with stress reaction in operation period(before extubation, awake extubation,2 min after extubation,5 min after extubation in patients with heart rate, blood pressure, pluse, oxygen saturation changes). Results the patients in the intervention group before and after extubation hemodynamics fluctuation significantly better than the control group, the statistical difference is significant(P0.05),SpO2 comparison is no statistical significance(P0.05),control group 10 patients appeard agitated, intervention group of 2 cases. Conclusion dexmedetomidine can inhibit the stress reaction in operation period, maintain hemodynamic stability
