Abstract
The seed of rice(Oryza sativa L.)was treated with 10 μg/L,50 μg/L,10 μg/L,20 μg/L DA-6 solution and the effects of DA-6 on cold resistance of rice seedling were studied. It was found that each treatment increased cold resistance of rice seedling, and 10 μg/L DA-6 treatment was much better. With CK to compare,10 μg/L DA-6 treatment makes the survival percentage of seedling under cold stress increase 155%,electrolyte leakage and malondialdehyde(MDA)contents decrease 129%and70%,and the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT)increase 379%and228%,and the content of soluble sugar, soluble protein and proline increase 158%,129%,245%,and the content of chlorophyll, photosynthetic rate, rooting ability increase 235%,645%,289%.
