Abstract
It's a chief condition and basic requirement of advancing teaching benefits teachers as well as students, as well as an eternal subject of higher education research, to insist on teaching students in accordance of their aptitude. The article expatiated the purpose, significance and actuality, and the action of teachers in teaching students in accordance of their aptitude. It further analyzed the effect of persisting in following the rules of teaching and learning and teaching students in accordance of their aptitude in modern higher education.
