Abstract

Teaching students in accordance with their aptitude is the soul of education and teachers.Exploring for teaching art and teaching effect is helpful to find the doctrine of Confucius' educational thoughts.Teachers must transform teaching book knowledge mechanically into understanding students' individual character,interesting and hobby,and arouse their positivity,creativity,and make every student become a useful person at most.
