Research and Application of Genetic Engineering Animal Model of Human Disease

Abstract

The animal model of human disease is very important in investigating the occuring mechanism of human disease and the establishment of treatment method and drug research.Genetic engineering animal model is an ideal animal model for research of human disease in 21st century,it is widely used in many fields of life science research.This article reviews the study and application of two genetic engineering animal models(i.e.transgenic animal mode1 and knockout animal mode1)in medical and pharmacy.
