Research of Surgery Treatment for Simple Varicose Veins at Lower Limbs with Complications

Objective To review the surgery effect of simple varicose veins at lower limbs with complications.Methods 12 cases(18 limbs) of saphenous vein ligation-line stripping for the treatment of varicose veins of patients with complications were followed,follow-up rate of 91.7%,with an average follow-up period of 15 months.Results The original complications had a marked improvement,swelling significantly dissipated,gradually healing ulcers after operation.We had satisfactory results.Conclusion All cases with the complications had active treatment and for good results,achieved clinical cure.
