Effects of nasal endoscopic surgery for sinusitis and nasal polyp

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of nasal endoscopic surgery for sinusitis and nasal polyps.Method Conventional preoperative nasal endoscopy and sinus CT scan were made,and 74 cases of sinusitis and nasal polyps were treated with nasal endoscopic surgery.The patients were followed up for 6 months to 1 year.Results Forty-nine of 74 patients were cured,19 improved,6 of null and void,and the total efficiency was 91.9%.Conclusion The treatment of sinusitis and nasal polyps under nasal endoscopic surgery has a good effect,and has a great significance in comprehensive treatment.
