Abstract

Objective:To summarize the experience of conducting endoscopic nasal surgery for chronic sinusitis or/and nasal polyps.Method: The endoscopic nasal surgery had been performed in 52 patients (82 sides ) of chronic sinusitis or/and nasal polyps of the senile.Result:The rate of cure,improved and ineffective was 64.2%(33/52), 26.6%(14/52) and 9.2%(15/52) respectively.Conclusion:Endoscopic nasal surgery for chronic sinusitis or /and nasal polyps is effect and safe.
