The problem about “agriculture, countryside, peasant is a big issue in social economic development in China, and is quite important for attainning the goal of ensuring our people a relatively comfortable life. It is necessary to develop rural human resources first, because promotion of education and professional skills is the key to solve the problem about “agriculture, countryside, peasant and a long-term development strategy.
