Effects of Road Conditions on Traffic Safety Should be Taken Seriously

Abstract

After analyzing the statistical results of causes of road traffic accidents,this paper has exposed the tendency in the results to magnify the responsibilities of drivers while neglecting the function of the road conditions in preventing (or inducing) traffic accidents. The issue is studied from the angles of effects of road conditions on road traffic accidents, the theoretical basis of the statistical results and the reasons behind The corresponding recommendations have been given .
