THE INFLUENCE OF REFORM OF URBAN EMPLOYEE MEDICAL INSURANCE SYSTEM ON THE UTILIZATION OF MEDICAL SERVICES IN CHENGDU

[Objective]To get the information about the influence of reform of urban employee medical insurance system in chengdu and explore what current system need to be improved. [Methods]1 000 township residents were investigated by questionnaires.[Results]The reform of medical insurance system had influence on the participators in the system. Different people had different behaviors on outpatient service utilization,selecting hospitals and the influential factors of medical expenditure were also different.[Conclusion]Further reform should go on widening the coverage of medical insurace and guiding the residents toe rationalize their selection for hospitals.
