Abstract

This article analyses the fact that when the students are learning aerobics,psychological factors will impact on the sports skills, some resolutions are suggested according to the cause. It's of great significance in improving the teaching quality if we utilize the psychological training on aerobics teaching overcoming the students' psychological obstacles.
