The clinical observation on the effects of Qingdai ointments on patients with dermatitis and eczema

Objective The observation of clinical efficacy of Qingdai ointments on patients with dermatitis and eczema and drug safety.Methods 130 cases of dermatitis and eczema were divided into treatment group with Qingdai ointments(70 cases) and the control group with Hydrocortisone butyrate 0.1%cream(60 cases).After the treatment of two weeks,the efficacy of each group in the first two weeks and 4 weeks was assessed.Results At first two weeks the total effective rates of the two group were 68.6%,73.3%relatively.After statistical processing,the two groups showed no significant difference(P =0.48,P0.05).At four weeks the total effective rates of the two group were 65.7%、48.3%relatively. After statistical processing,the two groups showed significantly different(P = 0.0464,P0.05 ). Conclusions Qingdai ointments on patients with dermatitis and eczema play the durable role,slow onset and non-occurrence of adverse reactions.
