Abstract

Clinical internship is an important part of medical education. There are medical disputes occasionally resulted from clinical internship,which becomes a new problem in clinical education. It is significant to analyze the new problem for guiding clinical teaching, improving quality of education,cultivate qualified students and undertaking clinical internship legally.
