Abstract
Clinical specialist students have the features of short learning system and weak knowledge base,thus producing some problems during clinical internship. Therefore, we must take necessary measures to change the internship status of clinical specialties.It's an important guarantee to improve the professional quality of medical students and ensure the personnel quality of higher education.
