Abstract

Objective To discuss the impacts of busuishengxue granules on c-met mRNA expression in bone marrow mononuclear cell(BMMC)in chronic aplastic anemia(CAA).Methods Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)method was adopted to determine the changes of expression of BMMC c-met mRNA before and after treatment in CAA.Results The expressions of BMMC c-met mRNA in CAA patients were higher than that in normal group. After treatment, the expressions of them were all decreased in both groups to different degrees. But the downgrade degree of the expressions induced by busuishengxue granules was superior to that induced by zaizhangshengxue tablets(P0.05).Conclusion The expression of BMMA c-met mRNA was abnormal in CAA patients.Busuishengxue granules improve hematopoietic function of bone marrow in CAA patients and accelerate the recovery of hematopoietic function of bone marrow probably by regulating bone marrow c-met mRNA expression.
