Female migrant workers in the informal employment

The informal employment groups in our country are mostly founded by laid-off workers and migrant workers,particularly mostly females.Due to lack of social capital,the lowness of occupational status and income,the status quo of female migrant workers in the scopes of informal employment groups is worrisome.Through the construction of the system,the standardization of the informal employment market,the service of providing employing information,and the training of enhancing vocational skills,trade unions and women's federations have played their roles to protect the legitimate rights of female migrant workers,and guide them in informal employment.
