Abstract
To develop a simple and rapid method for defecting selenium in wheat, the effects of digestion (system), microwave, digestion duration etc on the selenium content in wheat detected by HGAFG were (evaluted), the working condition of equipment, sample digestion and the standard substrate were optimized. The result showed that the (selenium) in the 5 wheat samples was (identically) coincidence with the standard (substrate). The relative standard deviation of the 5 samples was (between) 5.44%~(8.21%). The detections limit was 0.052 (ng/ml), and the linear range was (between) 0 ~ 200 (ng/ml). This method have the features of easy, rapid and sensitive.
